FROM SCRANTON AREA: Take 81 South, to Exit 170b; GO TO the asterisk* BELOW, where it says "Take Exit 170B..."   FROM POINTS WEST, BLOOMSBURG, BERWICK: 80 East, to 81 North, to Exit 170B, then *Take Exit 170B; it becomes 309 North, then Stay on 309 North, otherwise called the Cross Valley Expressway Go to exit 3 At bottom of ramp, turn left onto River St., then ** Go about 5 traffic lights You’ll go past General Hospital on the left and a Cemetery on the right Keep going until you get to the traffic light where the Luzerne County Courthouse is - a large brownstone domed Building Turn LEFT at that 4-way light. Go up a hill, which is North St. Go up that hill only about 100 feet If you go past the Blessed Mary grotto on the left, you've gone too far Turn LEFT into Darling St. - which is a narrow one-way street Law office is at 19 Darling St, which is the 4th house ON RIGHT, a plain white house, next to Marsilio Law Offices. You'll see a couple of attorney's names on the side, and you'll see a "19" above the front door of a porch with bright green matting. Parking is on-street, on Darling Street; If you are unable to find a space there is a parking garage across the street from the County Courthouse.   FROM TUNKHANNOCK/WYOMING COUNTY AREA: Take Rte 309 South. It becomes the Cross Valley Expressway after passing through Dallas. Take Exit 3 At bottom of ramp, turn RIGHT go to double asterisk ** above
